I'm in my home & in the long run that's the most important thing. Danny communicates pretty well, would sometimes forget things we had discussed previously & he could be a little clearer with explanations, however I chalk this up to being really busy. He truly does work for you & encourages you along the way. I had a very long process due to the seller & my agents, lack of appraisers in the area, lack of cooperation from everyone here, which was in no way Danny's fault. Overall I'm happy.
